唱好中国歌 讲好中国故事 2018年首届全英普通话歌唱比赛和普通话演讲比赛（伦敦赛区）

唱歌，是学习语言的一种充满乐趣，行之有效的方式；演讲，则把语言运用推向更高水平。为了鼓励更多人在快乐中学习普通话，提高学生运用普通话的能力，开展“唱好中国歌，讲好中国故事”活动， 为各校提供互相交流观摩的机会，以促进学生之间，老师之间互相学习，英国中文教育促进会将于2018年推出一项崭新的比赛项目：首届全英普通话歌唱比赛和普通话演讲比赛。欢迎普通话爱好者，学习者报名。

比赛日期和地点：  初赛：12.30-17.00 2018年10月14日（周日）

比赛规则：

1. 参赛选手必须年满七周岁。每个参赛者只可出场比赛一次；
2. 歌唱和演讲比赛均按参赛选手年龄分为儿童组（7至12岁）和青少年组（13至18岁）；
3. 参赛选手分为C（华裔）和 N（非华裔）两大组，报名时请填妥参赛者的参赛组别及年龄。父母中一方为华裔，一方为非华裔的参赛选手，可以自己决定参加哪一个组的比赛；
4. 歌唱比赛：主办单位不鼓励集体演唱，倾向个人演唱，如有个别的两至三人演唱组参赛，主办单位会酌情考虑予以接受；
5. 报名必须经由所在学校统一上报，欢迎主流学校选手参赛。学校至多推荐每组两名选手参加；
6. 歌唱及演讲题材的内容健康向上，程度、长短需与选手的水平、理解能力吻合。 

评分标准：

1. 歌唱比赛：

歌曲内容（5分），音色、音准、节奏（25分），台风（包括着装、动作及表情等表现能力）（10分）

2. 演讲比赛：

1）作品内容(15分)，发音(15分)，声调 (5分)，神态(5分)

2）个人演讲时间不超过3分钟。

奖励办法：

1. 10月14日的参赛者均可获参加比赛证书，并且将按演唱和演讲表现获赠奖牌；
2. 优秀选手将被邀请至（2018年10月21日）在伦敦举办的第18周年教师节上进行决赛和表演；
3. 决赛优胜者将获赠奖杯；
4. 促进会将推荐歌唱比赛的优胜者，经过选拔，去欧洲或中国大陆参加华裔歌唱比赛。

 报名填表注意事项：

• 每一个节目的幻灯片应设定为是单独的文件，以便工作人员分组安排比赛时间地点。PPT文件名称和报名的节目名称要一致，并分别加上学校名称。Please keep the PPT document of each performance as an individual file. Each file needs to be named in the format of “Title of performance – school name” to allow the organisers to arrange performances in the appropriate order;

• 参赛选手必须年满七周岁。每个参赛者只可出场比赛一次，不可以参加多项比赛。Minimum age requirement: seven years old or over. Each candidate is restricted to one performance only;

• 歌唱和演讲比赛: 均按参赛选手年龄分为儿童组（7至12岁）和青少年组（13至18岁）。There are two age groups: Children’s group (7 to 12 years old inclusive) and Teenagers’ group (13 to 18 years old inclusive);

• 歌唱和演讲比赛: 参赛选手分为C（华裔）和 N（非华裔）两大组，报名时请填妥参赛者的参赛组别及年龄。父母中一方为华裔，一方为非华裔的参赛选手，可以自己决定参加哪一个组的比赛。Candidates are divided into two ethic groups: Chinese background or Non-Chinese background. Please specify in the form the candidate’s ethnic group and age.  If one parent is of Chinese background, whilst the other parent is not, the candidate can choose which group he or she would prefer to take part in;
• 歌唱比赛：主办单位不鼓励集体演唱，倾向个人演唱，如有个别的两至三人演唱组参赛，主办单位将会酌情考虑给予接受与否。Singing competition: we encourage individual performance, not groups. Small groups of two or three individuals will be considered depending on the numbers of applicants;

• 报名必须经由所在学校统一申报，欢迎主流学校选手参赛。学校至多推荐每组两名选手参加；Application must be submitted by the candidates’ school. Mainstream schools’ candidates are welcome to enter.  Each school is allowed to submit the application for a maximum of two (groups of) candidates for each ethnic group of each competition;

• 歌唱及演讲题材的内容健康向上，程度、长短需与选手的水平、理解能力吻合。For both singing and speech competitions, the content, complexity and length of the chosen song or topic should appropriately reflect the age and ability of the candidates.
